These latex balloons are helium quality. They are sold online, unfilled, in packages of a 100. To purchase helium-filled balloons for pickup from Cappel’s retail stores in Cincinnati, balloons must be paid for prior to getting them filled.

We also deliver balloons within a 5 mile radius of the downtown store for an additional fee of $35.00 and a little further out for an additional fee.
The 11″ helium-filled balloons are $2.99 each inflated. They are sold with a balloon string when filled with helium.
