on a wholesale basis, you will be required to provide us with
your business information including a copy your reseller permit
or business license. To set up a wholesale account, please contact
us, and we will send you a wholesale registration form. Pricing
and minimum order quantities will be provided to you once your
account has been approved and you are issued your account user
name and password. We will not discuss
or disclose any wholesale
pricing information without a wholesale account being established
and approved. Minimum order required for wholesale purchasing.
