This centerpiece is a “movie reel” that is 9″ and has “filmstrip” wrapped around it that can be unwound and draped over the reel, or around it – as you like it. The “filmstrip” is 15 feet long.

You could add some “Oscar” statues – maybe glue one to the top, and scatter some confetti around.
