She has a magical book called a grimoire that holds many powerful spells. Her main goal is to regain her youth and become immortal. Bossy Witch Hocus Salem Sister, Winnie, will do whatever it takes to achieve this, including sucking the life force out of children. Winifred is flamboyant and dramatic.
