This Black Nylon and metal collapsible Snowman Hat is a top hat that would be perfect for your snowman. It’s nylon, so the snow shouldn’t stick to it. It’s inexpensive, and all you need is a carrot nose (we have a carrot) and some eyes – coal, buttons whatever you like.
You can even add a scarf, corncob pipe, and a broom, if you like.
