Decorated Black Fabric Witch Hat comes in 2 different styles. Wear this for an avante garde take on a classic character. Use this to complete your costume. Stand out from a brew of basic witches. This hat looks and feels like satin.

One style has a tiny human skull (plastic, of course) surrounded by black flowers and decorations. The skull holds a black with white polka dots ribbon tied in a bow. Black pearls start to climb up the base of the hat.

The other style has a rose with silver tipped petals. It is surrounded by black leaves, curled twigs and silver berries. A sheer black bow with a gold criss-cross pattern.
